2. Reservations and Event Bookings

• We ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to event bookings. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your deposit.

• We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings in the case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Food Orders

• We aim to prepare and deliver your food with the highest quality. If you experience any issues, please contact us immediately.

• Once a food order is confirmed and prepared, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless there is a valid issue (e.g. incorrect or spoiled item).

• Allergen information is available upon request. It is your responsibility to inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

• We accept various forms of payment including cash, card, and online payments (if applicable).

• Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings/orders will be honored at the agreed rate.

• You agree not to misuse our website or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions due to events beyond our control (e.g. weather, technical issues).
